Do you restock on items?

Yes! We restock on our black and white basics every Season.  Color items are custom dyed and usually are not restocked. 

Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when your favorite item comes back in stock! 

 

Ordering

Can I cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted as they get processed immediately by our warehouse. To make any changes to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.

 

Can I ship to a different address than the billing?

Yes, It will cause a slight delay in shipping to verify identity if it is your first order with us. 

 

Why do you ask for my ID for verification?

This is to protect both parties as we have had fraudulent orders placed when shipping to a different location than billing. 

 

Are Final Sale items returnable for exchange or store credit?

NO. Final Sale items are not returnable, they are a Final Sale and may not be exchanged for size. Please do not ask to exchange due to incorrect fit or size - you may ask us about a fit if you are concerned prior to placing your order. 

 

Can I ship to my hotel or vacation home?

No. Unfortunately, we can not process shipments to these addresses.

 

I would like to make a return?

Please view our RETURNS tab on the bottom of this page. 

 

How long does it take for my refund or exchange to process?

We do require 5-7 days from the date it arrives at our return center. 

 

Am I responsible for shipping back my exchange?

Yes - we do not provide shipping labels on exchanges or returns.
