- You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping items back. Note: do not put in MA when you enter the order number.

- DO NOT send items via USPS. We are not responsible for missing USPS packages even if they have been signed and delivered. USPS loses them.
- Items can be sent UPS, FedEx or DHL.
- Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. Items must arrive at our Return Center no later than 10 days of delivery.
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for Exchange. No Refunds, No Exceptions. Please do not ask, unfortunately you will be denied.
- All items will be inspected upon return. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging- with hygienic liner still attached, MA tags, and garment bag. If liner is not attached, (due to hygienic reasons), your return will be refused and customer is responsible for return shipping or item will be forfeited.
- If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for dry cleaning per item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to missing garment bag and or tags.
- Customer is responsible to insure package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return.
- Minimale Animale is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.
- We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all exchanges.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon arrival at our Return Center.
- You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
- Please feel free to email us with any questions on sizing or fit as all styles do not fit the same and if you have any questions or concerns about a certain fit, we can guide you to the best style/size.

Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving for refund, exchange or store credit. Final Sale items may not be returned under no exceptions.
- Items must be returned new, unused, and with Minimale Animale garment tags, swimwear liner, and garment bag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for dry cleaning per item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to a missing garment bag or hang tag. Bottoms that do not have original liner in tact will not be accepted for return for hygienic purposes.
We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.

- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Any damaged items received will be replaced or returned for Store Credit. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- If your billing address does not match your shipping address, it will delay your order.
Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
- We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
You may send an order back for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit once the item is inspected by our return department.
- We ship out orders within 0-24 hours Mon-Fri on all U.S.A. non-holidays.
All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival. Arrival date is not guaranteed, if delay is more than 7 days, you will be contacted.
If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as your shipping method.
You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed.
If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
MINIMALE ANIMALE is not responsible for any customs or duties due on International shipments. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
