ALL ORDERS REQUESTING TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO OUR $10.00 RESTOCK FEE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT AMOUNT. 

AS STATED ABOVE, WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY, AND DO NOT PROVIDE RE-FUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT. 

RETURNING CONDITION 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN & HAVE ALL BAGS, TAGS, LINER AND ORIGINAL COMPONENTS FOR A RETURN TO BE AUTHORIZED. 

IF YOUR RETURN GARMENT(S) ARE SENT BACK WITHOUT ORIGINAL COMPONENTS, OR IS RETURNED WITH ANY BLEMISHES TO FABRIC, (DEODORANT, HAIR, MARKS,ETC) IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU, AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES BACK TO YOU WILL BE APPLIED.

RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE  THROUGH THE RETURN PORTAL LINK BELOW, AND BE RECEIVED BACK TO OUR RETURN CENTER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.

4.) SELECT TO SHIP BACK YOURSELF OR REQUEST A LABEL FROM US FOR AN ADDITIONAL $12.00 (USA ORDERS ONLY, INTERNATIONAL PLEASE SEE BELOW). 

5.) SUBMIT 

6.) AWAIT APPROVAL, RA# & RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED, WE WILL PROVIDE THE RETURN ADDRESS TO MAIL YOUR ORDER TO, AS WELL AS YOUR RA#.

PLEASE ENSURE THIS RA# IS ON  THE OUTSIDE OF RETURN YOUR PACKAGE AND CLEARLY VISIBLE. 

WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN AT OUR FACILITY WITHOUT THIS #.  FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL CAUSE LENGTHLY DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR RETURN AND STORE CREDIT.

RETURN SHIPPING 

USA ORDERS 

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, OUR SITE’S RETURN PORTAL OFFERS THE OPTION TO HAVE A RETURN LABEL PROVIDED (USA ORDERS ONLY) IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION AN ADDITIONAL $14.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN AMOUNT, IN ADDITION TO THE $10.00 RESTOCK FEE. 

YOU MAY SHIP IT BACK YOURSELF, AS WELL, BUT YOU MUST GET SIGNATURE DELIVERY AS PROOF OF DELIVERY TO OUR RETURNS CENTER. WE RECOMMEND USING A SHIPPING SERVICE, WITH INSURANCE AND TRACKING AS WELL SO YOU CAN PROTECT AND TRACK YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TO US. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

WE RECOMMEND USING A REGISTERED SHIPPING SERVICE TO RETURN GOODS, ALLOWING YOU TO KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR TRACKING DETAILS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR RETURN IN ROUTE TO OUR FACILITY. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE SIGNATURE DELIVERY AS PROOF OF RECEIPT OF RETURN. 

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES, DUTIES, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. 

RESTOCKING FEE 

WE CHARGE A $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURN PACKAGES.THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL STORE CREDIT AMOUNT. 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS 

WE ENDEAVOR TO PROCESS REFUNDS DAILY, BUT PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAY FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED BY OUR TEAM AFTER RECEIVING IT. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE YOUR STORE CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED. 

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RA# GIVEN AT THE TIME YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, IS ON THE OUTSIDE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE AND CLEARLY VISIBLE. FAILURE TO DO THIS THIS WILL CAUSE FURTHER DELAY IN LOCATING YOUR PACKAGES AND PROCESSING YOUR RETURN AND STORE CREDIT.
