Return Policy
- Items must obtain a Return Authorization within 7 days of receiving the shipment, and MUST ARRIVE at our Return Center within 14 days of delivery for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit. This is a very strict policy and will not allow any exceptions.
- All returns that have gotten approval / Return Authorization and arrive beyond the 14 days with a Return Authorization are subject to a late 20% restocking fee.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping your items back or your package will be refused at the return center.
- Items must be returned new, unused, and with Minimale Animale garment tags, swimwear liner, and garment bag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- All items that are not full price, (sale, promotion price, coupon discounted) and FINAL SALE items are non returnable, no store credit and no exchanges. If they are sent back to the return center with no authorization, you will be responsible for shipping fees to get the items back. If you refuse to send payment, or do not answer emails and we get no reply after 7 days, your items will be forfeited.
- If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for dry cleaning per item and 20% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to a missing garment bag or hang tag.
- Bottoms that do not have original liner in tact will not be accepted for return for hygienic purposes and will be sent back at the customers cost.
- Underwear must be worn when trying on all bottoms. If any item is returned soiled or stained, it will be refused.
- We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
- Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon arrival at the return center.
- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Any damaged items received will be replaced or returned for Store Credit. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Orders
- Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- If your billing address does not match your shipping address, it will delay your order and will not be shipped out until we hear back from you.
- Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
- We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
- You may send an order back for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit once the item is inspected by our return department.
- Refunds take 5-7 days for processing.
- We ship out orders within 0-24 hours Mon-Fri on all U.S.A. non-holidays.
- If a coupon code is not added at the time of order, we are not able to honor on an order already placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any orders shipping outside of the United States
Minimale Animale is not responsible for any customs or duties fees or fees charged by DHL for shipping or processing. If you decline to pay for these such fees, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.
All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival. Arrival date is not guaranteed, if delay is more than 7 days, you will be contacted.
If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as your shipping method.
You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
MINIMALE ANIMALE is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please see links for tracking information.
Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed.
If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
MINIMALE ANIMALE is not responsible for any customs or duties due on International shipments. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
